I am writing to tell you again how much I appreciate the help you gave me. The ambulance came quickly and whisked me to hospital where I got professional care – and your phone call notifying my son in New York City meant so much to him and me. You run an excellent service extremely well and I thank you for all your support.

QuietCare®

Being a caregiver is more challenging today than ever before. That's why Meridian At Home and QuietCare® have teamed up to provide a revolutionary in-home monitoring and safety system.

QuietCare® Home Monitoring System

The desire of an aging family member to live safely at home can be a challenge. But now there is a new way to increase the quality of life for seniors... and peace of mind for their loved ones. Proven technology for the safety of your loved one, as featured on the CBS Evening News:

30 Seconds - Is what keeps your family member safe...

The QuietCare® system emails you a summary report of your loved one's activity and behavior changes which might be a warning sign that something is wrong each day. Or, you can log-in and check the status of your loved one at any time.

How does QuietCare® work?

  1. Discreet wireless motion sensors (not cameras) are strategically placed throughout the home — bedroom, kitchen, medication areas, and bathroom — constantly transmitting information.
  2. Specially designed computer software monitors, records, and analyzes daily activities such as getting out of bed in the morning, eating regular meals, handling medications, and visiting the bathroom.
  3. Establishes the individual's normal activity and behavior patterns so changes in behavior are quickly detected.
  4. If behavior changes, the caregiver receives a message via phone, pager or email which allows the caregiver to immediately check on their loved one's safety.
  5. Family members even have access to a password-controlled Web site where they get instant updates and view current activity reports. Similar to the image below.

Why should I consider QuietCare®?

  • 24-hour coverage - Provides added safety for medical alerts (perfs) systems
  • Discreet and wireless
  • Instant notification when behavior changes & falls in the home
  • Medication compliance
  • Seniors maintain their independence
  • Increases quality of life for seniors
  • Peace of mind for caregivers
  • Valuable data reports to share with your physician
