MediSuite Premier

For as low as 1.66 per day, our MediSuite Premier package includes an automated medication dispensing system that provides audio and visual reminders up to six times per day, an online reporting and tracking system that alerts caregivers to missed doses and pending machine refills, and access to iGuard, an online service that monitors the safety of taking several medications simultaneously. Sign a one-year agreement for the MediSuite Premier package and we'll waive the 99.99 set up fee and you will also receive your first month of service free.

MediSuite Remind-a-Call^SM

Need a little help remembering when to take your medication? For just 14.99 per month, our automated phone system, MediSuite Remind-a-Call, will call with medication reminders up to three times a day and alerts can be sent to designated caregivers when you miss a dose or need a medication refill. With this package, you will also have access to iGuard. Receive one month of service free of the MediSuite Remind-a-Call with a one-year agreement. You will also receive a free Glow Cap^TM SOLO, a cap for your medication bottle that glows and plays a melody to remind you or a loved one to take daily medication. Sign Up Now

MediSuite Basic

For some, purchasing our automated medication dispensing system through our MediSuite Basic package may be just what you need to help you stick to your medication routine. The system provides you with audio and visual reminders up to six dosing times per day. For a one time purchase price of 449.99 you will also receive iGuard.

MediSuite Personal Touch

Others may need a little extra personalized care. Our MediSuite Personal Touch gives you access to our highly trained and qualified nurses who will come to your home and help establish your medication routine. They will set up your medications, check your vitals, and perform a medication therapy risk screening. Your package also includes use of the iGuard system and ongoing assistance with medication management by our nurses. This package is available at a low cost of 130 per visit. Sign up for MediSuite Personal Touch service and you will receive one month free of MediSuite Remind-a-Call and a free Glow Cap SOLO.

MediSuite Premier Plus

For a low cost of 184.99 per month, our most robust package, MediSuite Premier Plus, includes all of the benefits of the MediSuite Premier package, plus the MediSuite Personal Touch package. As an added benefit, Meridian At Home nurse's will track your missed doses and will assist you in getting back on the proper medication plan. Receive one free nursing visit to refill your medications with your MediSuite Premier Plus package when you sign a one year agreement.
