Our Team
We recognize that welcoming caregivers and companions into your home requires a serious level of trust and confidence. Meridian At Home professionals who deliver traditional home health care include nurses (RNs and LPNs); therapists (physical, occupational and speech); social workers; certified home health aides; and specialty nurses such as pediatric, maternal/child health, hospice and palliative care, infusion, and wound and ostomy care nurses.
