This solution offers the one you care for personal consultation, technologically advanced safe guards, and a casual level of at home personal assistance. Your loved one will be able to maintain a high level of independence while enjoying their home environment with minimized risk of accident and a little help with potentially challenging tasks from one of our trusted, screened, and certified caregivers for a few hours each day of the week.

What's included:

• An in-home consultative assessment by a registered nurse
  • An RN will come to you or your loved one's home and sit with and spend as much time as needed to uncover exactly what needs you have, to determine the type of assistance you need. The RN will also discuss ways to prevent in-home accidents and falls, along with recommended methods for monitoring activity to assure piece of mind and safety for both you and your loved one.
• Hourly certified home health aide or companions to assist with personal home support and assistance.
  • One of our caregivers will visit your loved one on a regular or intermittent schedule to assist them with potentially challenging in-home tasks such as cooking, bathing or taking their medication. Take advantage of our certified aides, companions, and homemakers who can assist with simple needs and tasks so your loved one can remain in their home. Our friendly and personable staff can also provide companionship and conversation to an elderly parent to ease the anxieties of living alone for your parent and for you.
• Installation of Lifeline ®
  • The Lifeline® Personal Help Button (worn around the neck or wrist) ensures quick assistance whenever it is needed — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When pressed, with in seconds, a certified Lifeline professional, who is extensively trained, and who has instant access to your health history and personal profile, will call you, assess the situation, and summon appropriate help, whether it is a neighbor, relative, ambulance or the police.
• Regularly scheduled nurse visits will also be performed to provide clinical assessments and written status reports to caregivers and clients to regularly monitor and track the medical, safety, and independence and well being of your loved one.
