Pediatric Care
Meridian At Home’s Pediatric Care Program provides nursing and rehabilitative therapy right where children want to be, surrounded by their family and favorite things. We deliver family-centered home care to children with special health needs in the comfort of their home. Care plans are coordinated by a registered nurse in collaboration with each child's physician, and team meetings are held as needed with parents and caregivers to answer questions and refine treatment goals.
Maternal-Child Health Services
Our perinatal nurses are devoted to mothers and infants. They provide home services such as infertility therapy, prenatal education, pre-term birth prevention, monitoring for high-risk pregnancies, breastfeeding and infant care instruction. Working in close collaboration with obstetricians and perinatologists, they help alleviate any issues and concerns to make that special bond between mother and child even stronger.
