Our friendly pharmacy staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The staff includes highly qualified registered pharmacists. All infusion medications are prepared on site to deliver the best quality of care to our patients. The pharmacy staff works closely with your physician to ensure the maximum quality of care is achieved. The pharmacy is accredited by the Joint Commission and is fully licensed by the NJ State Board of Pharmacy.

Infusion Credentialed Nurses
Our highly skilled intravenous nurse clinicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our nurses are both IV and chemotherapy certified and are proficient in all aspects of home intravenous therapy. The nurses coordinate your care at home with your physician and will monitor laboratory values in conjunction with our pharmacy staff to ensure the maximum quality of care is achieved. Meridian At Home Infusion is Medicare certified.
